Dear Partners,
On behalf of the Hungarian Chemical Society and the Polish Association of Chemical Engineers it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the worldwide event of the East-European Paint Industry.
Over the past 10 years the rapid growth of the East-European economies has stimulated the development of their coatings, printing inks and adhesives industries. The consumption volume is expected to reach 2.0-2.2 million tons in the year of 2006.
The development of coatings industry in this region is growing continuously. This exhibition offers good business opportunities to the suppliers of coatings, printing inks and adhesives industries, including raw materials, production machinery, quality control instruments, services of R&D and expertise institutions dealing with the corrosion protection and the development/application/ manufacture of paints, varnishes, and printing inks.
The XXVIIIth FATIPEC Congress will be held at the same venue
– ELTE Convention Centre – as the exhibition. More than 90 high-level
papers will be presented by international renowned speakers, summarizing the
most up-to-date research and development on the following sessions:
Raw materials, – Advanced technologies, – Testing, measuring,
– Ecology, legislation, – Marketing, trends.
Exhibitors will have the benefit to meet the conference delegates – more than 350-400 persons will be expected – during the coffee, tee and lunch breaks as well as at the poster session.

Flat price of a 4 sq.m unit stand: 560,-Euro, + V.A.T.,
wich includes the following services:
- inclusion in the exhibition catalogue
- reserved area
- stand installation (partitions, carpeting, sign)
- daily stand cleaning
- general caretaking
- 100 pc. invitation cards
- 1 information desk
- 2 spot lamps
- 1 chair
- 1 waste basket
- electric connection (max.2 kW)
Flat price of a 6 sq.m unit stand: 1040,-Euro + V.A.T.,
wich includes the following services:
- inclusion in the exhibition catalogue
- reserved area
- stand installation (partitions, carpeting, sign)
- daily stand cleaning
- general caretaking
- 100 pc. invitation cards
- 1 information desk
- 1 spot lamps (for every further 3 sq.m + 1 pc.)
- table, 3 chairs
- waste basket, coat-rack

Above 6 sq.m the price of each additional exhibition space per sq.m: 160,-Euro
+ V.A.T.,
includes proportionally growing services.

Application for participation
All applications for participation shall be made on-line or on the prescribed application form. The exhibitor agrees to respect the General Conditions, particularly as regards safety regulations.
Closing date of the registration: 30th april 2006
Terms of payment
30% - with signed contract, 100% - latest by 12 May 2006.
Payment should be arranged upon receipt of our invoice. Please give us name
and address of the person who is authorized to sign the contract and to whom
we can send the invoice.
Cancellation
Cancellation (or non-occupancy of a stand due to the exhibitor) will not give rise to reimbursement of the sums paid for the stand.
Detailed technical and service informations
Detailed technical and sevice informations will be published in our Exhibitor Manual, wich will be sent to exhibitors three months before the opening of the exhibition.
