The Registration Fee for participants includes the congress material (Book of Abstracts, CD of the Papers), attendance to the Congress and Exhibition, admission to the Welcome Drink, Congress Dinner and coffee/tea in the breaks.
The students' fee includes the congress material, admission to coffee/tea in the breaks.
Accompanying Persons' fee includes the Welcome Drink, the Congress Dinnner and a City tour of Budapest.
The registration fee does not include the lunch.
Lunch for 12th 13th and 14th June can be ordered in the on-line registration
system for 12 EUR/day.
Payment
Registration Fee should be paid either by bank transfer or by credit card.

Credit card payment:
We would like to call your attention to the fact, that in case of credit card
payment the bank counts on a HUF basis.
Therefore the bank will debit your account with the registration fee determined
in HUF.
For use the on-line credit card payment system follow the steps below:
- Fill in the form with "Payment method=credit card" and submit the form
- You will get back the form with the pictogram of the acceptable card types above the form fields. Click on the pictogram to obtain the Inter Europa Bank page where you must give your credit card details.
- You will get back the original conference payment form page. You will see a message with red colour about the result of your transaction above the fields.
- You have finished the on-line credit card payment procedure.
Cancellation, Refund
Refund requests must be submitted to the address of the Congress Secretariat.
